Can LJA work with our existing marketing teams?
LJA is designed to scale output and work flexibly to fill marketing gaps. We supplement the skills or bandwidth gaps in an existing marketing team or work directly with company leaders who need marketing expertise but are not ready to build an in-house marketing team.
What do LJA engagements look like?
Recurring monthly contracts are typically 6-month agreements where clients pay for a pre-defined number of hours each month. These hours can be used however the client chooses – from strategy to execution. To ensure flexibility and accountability, our agreements allow clients to leave with 30 days’ notice for any reason.
Workshops are structured at a fixed price and include a pre-defined set of deliverables and timelines.
We also accept some one-time, project-based engagements upon our availability.
How does a typical engagement begin?

This deep dive informs our initial strategies, including crafting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, messaging guidelines, and a roadmap to achieve your goals. After establishing a path forward we begin working with your team to execute on the roadmap alongside your team.
